Brie & Jam Tartlets/Savory Tartlets


  • Packaged or homemade pie crust dough
  • 4 oz. Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam (or jam of choice) 
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)


Preheat oven to 400°F degrees and place oven rack in center position. Place the FLEXIPAN® Mini Tartlet Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.

Roll dough onto ROUL’PAT® with Beachwood Rolling Pin and cut shapes with preferred Dough Cutter. Place shapes over wells and push down evenly with Shaper.

Place a small rectangular piece of brie into each well and top with a dollop of jam and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly.
