Brie & Jam (Savory) Tartlets
- 1 Package or homemade pie crust dough
- 4 oz Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup Apricot Jam or jam of choice
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds optional
- Preheat oven to 400°F degrees and place oven rack in center position. Place the FLEXIPAN® Mini Tartlet Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
- Roll dough onto ROUL’PAT® with Beachwood Rolling Pin and cut shapes with preferred Dough Cutter. Place shapes over wells and push down evenly with Shaper.
- Place a small rectangular piece of brie into each well and top with a dollop of jam and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly.
