- 8 eggs
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2-3 cups shredded cheese of choice (I like the swiss blend from Trader Joe’s)
- 1 tsp. Sel Gris Sea Salt
- 3 Tbl. French Pantry Herb Blend of choice (I like our Herbs Parisian or Herbs de Provence)
- Optional: Add chopped vegetables to your quiche, I always add spinach and anything goes
Mix all ingredients in our mixing bowl until blended. Pour into mold of choice (sitting on your perforated baking sheet). Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 25 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
