Homemade Guacamole & Chips

Course Appetizer


  • 1/4 of a small onion
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed to keep it mild)
  • 2-3 large avocados
  • 1 lime (juice of)
  • Sel Gris Sea Salt


  • Place the onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeno in the Eco Chop with blades sitting in first. Place lid on Eco Chop and pull 7-8 times, more if you want things even finer. Remove lid and add 2 avacados and the juice of ½ of the lime. Place lid on and pull 3-4 times. Remove lid and add 1 more avocado, the other ½ of the juice from the lime and the salt. Replace lid and pull 3 or more times to reach your desired consistency.


Homemade Tortilla Chips::
  • 1 package corn tortillas
  • Tahitian Lime Oil
  • Bolivian Rose Sea Salt
Cut tortillas into 6 triangles each. Either toss in mixing bowl with the lime oil or set on silpat first and use Healthy Spritzer to spritz the lime oil on the tortilla pieces. Lay tortilla pieces out on silpat, spritz if they are not already tossed in the oil, sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400F degrees.
