Roasted Pears

Course Dessert


  • Ripe, but firm pears, such as Bartlett or Anjou
  • FRENCH PANTRY Vanilla Fig Balsamic


  • Preheat oven to 350°f degrees and place flexipan mold of choice on Perforated Baking Sheet; set aside.
  • Cut pears in half (do not peel) and scoop out core and stem with spoon. Place in flexipan mold and drizzle with vanilla fig balsamic.
  • Roast for 20-30 minutes, depending on how soft and how sweet you would like the pears to be.
