Mexi FLEXI Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 small jar salsa
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (color of choice)
  • 1 small bag Mexican cheese blend
  • Tahitian Lime Olive Oil and Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend


  • Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. 
  • Place FLEXIFLAT on Perforated baking sheet. Cut chicken in to smaller chunks (more, smaller servings). Toss in Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl. Add some Tahitian Lime Oil and Zesty Herb Blend. Marinade for 1 hour. 
  • Pour chicken onto FLEXIFLAT. Cover with salsa. Top with peppers. Bake for 15 minutes.
