Course Breakfast


  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Place the Flexipat Waffle Tray on your perforated baking sheet.
  • In mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix until combined. In a separate mixing bowl, combine milk, butter and eggs and whisk until all ingredients are incorporated. Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring. Whisk until the batter does not have lump in it.
  • Spoon mixture into wells of the Waffle Tray, filling each well ¾ full.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Pop out of the waffle tray and enjoy!
