Mango Salsa

Course Appetizer


  • 3 ripe Mangos (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers (diced - with or without seeds to avoid or add spice)
  • 1-2 limes (juiced with Citrus Press)
  • 1-2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Mango Balsamic
  • FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt (to taste)


  • Using your Eco Chop, finely dice (pull many times in the Eco Chop) or chop (pull just a few times in the Eco Chop) the first four ingredients above.
  • Chop mango separately from other ingredients. 
  • Place all items in your mixing bowl and toss together.  Add lime juice and mango balsamic, toss to coat.  Add sea salt if desired.
