Mango Salsa


  • 3 Ripe Mangos chopped
  • ½ cup Cilantro finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion diced
  • 1-2 Jalapeno peppers diced (keep seeds out to avoid spice or leave them in to add spice)
  • 1-2 Limes – juiced with our citrus press
  • 1-2 Tbl French Pantry Mango Balsamic
  • French Pantry Sel Gris Salt to taste is optional


Using your Eco Chop, finely dice (pull many times in the Eco Chop) or chop (pull just a few times in the Eco Chop) the first four ingredients above.  Chop mango separately from other ingredients.  Place all items in your mixing bowl and toss together.  Add lime juice and mango balsamic, toss to coat.  Add sea salt if desired.
