
Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 ripe Mangos (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers (diced - with or without seeds to avoid or add spice)
- 1-2 limes (juiced with Citrus Press)
- 1-2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Mango Balsamic
- FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Using your Eco Chop, finely dice (pull many times in the Eco Chop) or chop (pull just a few times in the Eco Chop) the first four ingredients above.
- Chop mango separately from other ingredients.
- Place all items in your mixing bowl and toss together. Add lime juice and mango balsamic, toss to coat. Add sea salt if desired.
