Baked Peaches with Herb Goat Cheese

Course Dessert

  • 6 peaches
  • 1 small log, softened goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY herbs (I like Les Fines Herbs)
  • Vanilla Fig Balsamic for drizzling (or honey)

  • Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Place Grande Round Mold on your perforated baking sheet.
  • Slice peaches in ½ and remove the pit. Place peaches cut side down in your mold. Bake for 25-30 minutes. While they are baking, mix your softened goat cheese with your herbs. You can either use your pastry bag to pipe the goat cheese on the peaches or make herbed goat cheese ahead of time and freeze in a small shaped flexipan.
  • Once peaches are soft to the touch, remove from the oven. Serve immediately with frozen goat cheese shapes or allow to cool and serve with softened room temperature goat cheese. Drizzle with our Vanilla Fig Balsamic or honey.
