- 10-12 fresh figs
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon French Pantry Lavender Honey
Place grande round mold on perforated baking sheet. Remove any large stems from figs and cut figs in 1/2 lengthwise. Place figs in mold with cut side up. Sprinkle brown sugar over figs, sprinkle cinnamon over figs and place rosemary on top of figs.
Roast at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
