Roasted Figs

Course Dessert


  • 10-12 fresh figs
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tbsp French Pantry Lavender Honey


  • Place grande round mold on perforated baking sheet. Remove any large stems from figs and cut figs in 1/2 lengthwise. Place figs in mold with cut side up. Sprinkle brown sugar over figs, sprinkle cinnamon over figs and place rosemary on top of figs.
  • Roast at 350°F degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
