Kale Chips

Course Appetizer


  • 1-2 large bunches dark green kale (washed & dried)
  • 2-4 tbsp oil of choice
  • 1 tsp Sel Gris Sea Salt
  • 1-2 tbsp sesame seeds


  • Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Place bonMat on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
  • In Mixing Bowl, place kale leaves and oil and mix well.  Add salt and sesame seeds. Arrange kale leaves in a single layer on bonMat.
  • Bake kale for 10-15 minutes.  Kale should still be green in color but crunchy.  Remove from oven and cool. Enjoy!
