Kale Chips


  • 1-2 large bunches of dark green kale, washed and dried
  • 2-4 tablespoons oil of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Sel Gris sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bonMat on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.

    In Mixing Bowl, place kale leaves and oil and mix well.  Add salt and sesame seeds. Arrange kale leaves in a single layer on bonMat.

    Bake kale for 10-15 minutes.  Kale should still be green in color but crunchy.  Remove from oven and cool. Enjoy!
