Double Chocolate Brownies with Ganache

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg brownie mix of choice (Ghiradelli is recommended)

Ganache:

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare brownies according to package in tray or mold of choice. Let cool completely before removing from Flexipan. Push up from bottom to release brownie.
  • Using the Mini Cake Mold, combine heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 minutes. Let cool, 2-4 minutes and whisk until chocolate chips are combined and ganache is smooth. Pour over brownies on platter or individual plates.
