Double Chocolate Brownies with Ganache

Ingredients

1 pkg. Brownie Mix of Choice (Ghiradelli is recommended)

Ganache:

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

 

    Instructions

    Prepare brownies according to package in tray or mold of choice. Let cool completely before removing from Flexipan. Push up from bottom to release brownie.

    Using the Mini Cake Mold, combine heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 minutes. Let cool, 2-4 minutes and whisk until chocolate chips are combined and ganache is smooth. Pour over brownies on platter or individual plates.
