San Marzano Salsa


  • 28 ounce can San Marzano whole tomatoes
  • 2 scallions
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • 1 pinch sea salt or more to taste



    Remove tomatoes from can with slotted spoon and chop in batches in Eco Chop. Only chop tomatoes and discard the sauce.  

    Chop remaining ingredients in your Eco Chop in batches. Mix everything in your stainless mixing bowl.  Season to taste. Enjoy with your favorite chips or veggies. Salsa is also great on the Fish Tacos.
