Beer Bread

Course Side Dish


  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 12-oz bottle or can of beer
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey
  • a pinch of salt


  • Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Place Flexipan Mold or tray of choice on perforated baking sheet.
  • In your stainless mixing bowl, stir together your dry ingredients.   Add other ingredients and stir until combined.  Batter will be a little lumpy and that is okay.  
  • Fill desired Flexipan mold or tray (that is sitting on your perforated baking sheet) with batter, being careful to only fill 2/3 full.  I like to use my medium round mold, large round mold or 3 almond loaf tray for this recipe.  
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes (depending on mold/tray you are using, remember the smaller your loaf the shorter bake time). Remove from oven and cool to touch but serve and enjoy warm with additional butter and honey.
