Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Place Flexipan Mold or tray of choice on perforated baking sheet.
In your stainless mixing bowl, stir together your dry ingredients. Add other ingredients and stir until combined. Batter will be a little lumpy and that is okay.
Fill desired Flexipan mold or tray (that is sitting on your perforated baking sheet) with batter, being careful to only fill 2/3 full. I like to use my medium round mold, large round mold or 3 almond loaf tray for this recipe.
Bake for 30-45 minutes (depending on mold/tray you are using, remember the smaller your loaf the shorter bake time). Remove from oven and cool to touch but serve and enjoy warm with additional butter and honey.
