Lemon Dill Broccoli

Course Side Dish


  • 2 bunches broccoli
  • 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend
  • 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Meyer Lemon Oil Blend
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Pinch of Citron Flake Salts


  • Wash broccoli and trim into stems or florets. Place broccoli in round mold (Large or Medium depending on amount).
  • Place Octagonal Bonmat on top of mold and microwave on high until desired doneness, 3-4 minutes.
  • Carefully remove Octagonal Bonmat and sprinkle broccoli with the herb blend, oil, and Citron Flake Salts then squeeze lemon juice over the broccoli with the citrus press. Toss to combine.
