Lemon Dill Broccoli
- 2 bunches broccoli
- 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend
- 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Meyer Lemon Oil Blend
- 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of Citron Flake Salts
- Wash broccoli and trim into stems or florets. Place broccoli in round mold (Large or Medium depending on amount).
- Place Octagonal Bonmat on top of mold and microwave on high until desired doneness, 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully remove Octagonal Bonmat and sprinkle broccoli with the herb blend, oil, and Citron Flake Salts then squeeze lemon juice over the broccoli with the citrus press. Toss to combine.
