Lemon Dill Broccoli


  • 2 bunches broccoli
  • 1 Tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend
  • 1 Tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Meyer Lemon Oil Blend
  • ½ lemon
  • Pinch of Citron Flake Salts



    Wash broccoli and trim into stems or florets. Place broccoli in round mold (Large or Medium depending on amount).

    Place Octagonal Bonmat on top of mold and microwave on high until desired doneness, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove Octagonal Bonmat and sprinkle broccoli with the herb blend, oil, and Citron Flake Salts then squeeze lemon juice over the broccoli with the citrus press. Toss to combine.
