Place rice and broth in the Large Round Mold and cover with the Octagonal Bonmat.
Microwave for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, open Bonmat carefully and stir. Cover with Bonmat again and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Remove mold carefully from microwave (onto a plate or baking sheet for stability) and then remove Octagonal Bonmat away from your face.
Add in the herb blend and cheese. Combine everything with the Heat Resistant Spatula.
Taste and then finish with a pinch or two of the Wild Garlic Flake Salt (Crumble in between your fingers)
