
Mai Tai

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz orange curacao
- 1 oz fresh lime juice (usually from 1 lime)
- 1 oz simple syrup (recipe below)
Instructions
- Fill your shaker ½ full of ice. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake well to combine. Fill your glass of choice with ice or add a large ice cube (I like our Flexipat Sphere Tray to make my large ice cubes) Pour your Mai Tai into a glass. Feel free to double this recipe and share with a friend.
Notes
Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
