Maple Whiskey Sour

Course Drinks


  • 1 small lemon (juiced)
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 oz pure maple syrup
  • 2 oz whiskey (best to use a good quality whiskey)
  • Bitters (just a couple drops)
  • Cherry (optional but nice finish)


  • Fill your shaker ½ full of ice.
  • Using your Citrus Press, squeeze the juice from 1 lemon into your shaker.  Add egg white, syrup, whiskey and bitters.  Cover shaker with lid and shake vigorously to mix and froth the egg white slightly. 
  • Place a large ice cube (I like to make my ice cubes with our Flexipat Sphere Tray) in your glass of choice.  Pour whiskey mixture over your ice cube and top with a cherry or two. 
  • Recipe can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled to meet the needs of your guests.  Make sure your shaker is big enough to hold all of those ingredients.  Enjoy!
