Pineapple Margarita

  • 2 oz. tequila

  • 2 oz. pineapple juice

  • ½-1 oz. simple syrup (optional)

  • Juice of 1 lime (juice with our Stainless Citrus Press)

  • Citrus Flake Salts

Fill your shaker ½ full with ice.  Add all ingredients to shaker and shake to combine.

Place a couple tablespoons of our Citrus Salt Flakes on a small plate.  Using the wedge of a lime, wet the rim of your glass with lime juice.  Dip the glass into the citron flake salts.  Fill your glass ½ full with ice and pour margarita over ice.  Feel free to double this recipe and share with a friend.

    Simple Syrup:

    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup granulated sugar

You will want to make this ahead of time so it’s cold when you are ready to use.  You can make this simple syrup ahead of time and keep in your refrigerator for up to two months.

Place the water in a medium saucepan over medium/high heat. Bring the water to a low boil.   Add the sugar and stir consistently until the sugar dissolves.  Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature before transferring to a container to store in your refrigerator.
