Simple Chicken & Fish with FRENCH PANTRY
- Chicken or Fish of choice
- FRENCH PANTRY Oil of Choice (or combination of oils)
- FRENCH PANTRY Herb Blend of Choice
- FRENCH PANTRY Salt of Choice
Preheat oven to 400°f degrees. Place Flexipan on Perforated Baking Sheet.
Place chicken or fish on Flexipan of choice. Drizzle or brush lightly with oil of choice, sprinkle herb blend on top of oil and make sure herb blend is wet with oil before placing in oven. Sprinkle with salt of choice. Cook until done which varies with size, amount and type of chicken or fish.
Chicken breasts could take anywhere from 15-25 minutes depending on how thick each piece is.Chicken thighs could take anywhere from 15-25 minutes depending on how thick each piece is.Fish could take anywhere from 10-25 minutes depending on how thick each piece is. Every oven varies as well so testing your meat with our digital thermometer will ensure that your food is cooked long enough but not too long.
The USDA recommends cooking fish to an internal temperature of 145°f degrees. (Personally I will pull my fish out of the oven as soon as it reaches 130°f degrees.)
The USDA recommends cooking chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F degrees. (Personally I will pull my chicken out of the oven as soon as it reaches 160°F degrees.)
