
Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs chicken tenders (or use boneless, skinless chicken breast and cut into tenders)
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (can use gluten free panko if desired)
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning* (or 2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Herb Blend of choice)
- 1 egg
- Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha
- Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Place the Large Bonmat on a Large Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
- In the Mini Cake Mold, combine 1 egg with a splash of water and whisk together. In Stainless Mixing Bowl, combine panko, salt and pepper to taste and Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Take several chicken tenders and coat them in the egg wash. Use a fork to move them into the panko mixture and toss them around until coated. Place them on the Bonmat in a single layer. Repeat process until all chicken is coated.
- Bake 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness. Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through at 165°F.
- While the chicken is baking, whisk together the ingredients for the dipping sauce.

*Everything Bagel is a seasoning that can be found at most grocery stores and is in the spice section.
