Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bites


  • 6 ounces dark chocolate (about 1 cup)
  • 1 pomegranate or 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 Tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Natural Crystal Flake Salt
  • Zest from 1 orange (optional)
  • 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup pistachios (optional)



    In Mini Cake or Small Round Mold, melt chocolate in microwave. Meanwhile, uses Le Petit Grater to zest orange.

    And use the Eco Chop or Mini Chopper to chop nuts. Evenly distribute melted chocolate into wells of Mini or Medium Tartlet Tray.

    Top with pomegranate arils, pistachios, orange zest and salt.

    Allow to chill in refrigerator or freezer. Serve immediately after removing from the fridge.
