Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bites
- 6 oz dark chocolate (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Natural Crystal Flake Salt
- Zest from 1 orange (optional)
- 1/4-1/2 cup pistachios (optional)
- In Mini Cake or Small Round Mold, melt chocolate in microwave. Meanwhile, uses Le Petit Grater to zest orange.
- And use the Eco Chop or Mini Chopper to chop nuts. Evenly distribute melted chocolate into wells of Mini or Medium Tartlet Tray.
- Top with pomegranate arils, pistachios, orange zest and salt.
- Allow to chill in refrigerator or freezer. Serve immediately after removing from the fridge.
