Blueberry French Toast Bites


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk or milk
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 thick slices French bread



    Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup in Stainless Mixing Bowl.

    Cut bread into ½” cubes using Santoku Knife or Cake Server Knife. Stir bread cubes and blueberries into egg mixture until well-coated. If time permits, allow bread to soak for 30 minutes or overnight.

    Preheat oven to 400°F degrees . Place Mini Muffin, Deep Heart or Straight Muffin Tray on Medium or Large Perforated Baking Sheet.

    Fill wells with bread mixture.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes or until just set. (20-30 minutes for larger trays)
