Pizza Pull Apart Christmas Tree

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg FRENCH PANTRY Herbed Pizza Dough prepared (you can also use thawed frozen bread rolls)
  • 1 jar Pizza Sauce of choice choice (FRENCH PANTRY Tomato Tapenade with FRENCH PANTRYEVOO makes a great sauce)
  • 2-3 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded (or use fresh mozzarella)
  • Pizza toppings of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F degrees (350°F degrees if using frozen bread rolls)
  • Prepare FRENCH PANTRY Herbed Pizza Dough following the instructions on the mix. 
  • Once dough is prepared, divide dough into 14equal pieces and form each piece into a smooth ball.  Place each dough round in the Rectangular Flexipat to create the tree shape.  Cover with the Medium Bonmat and allow to rise for approx. 1hour or until doubled in size.  (If using frozen bread rolls, assemble frozen rolls in Rectangular Flexipat  and allow to rise according to package directions)
  • Once dough is risen, using the Shaper create a well in each bread piece.  Fill the well with cheese, sauce and then more cheese.  Top with pizza toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and pizza rolls are lightly browned. 
  • Pull apart your Pizza Christmas Tree and enjoy!
