Place Medium or Large Round Mold on a Microwave safe plate and set aside.
Wash cauliflower and cut it into florets. Place florets into your round mold and cover with your Octagonal bonMAT as a lid.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Carefully remove the round mold from the microwave, opening the bonMAT away from your face to release the steam.
Using your Masher, create a mashed potato consistency with the cauliflower.
Add herb blend, oil, salt, and pepper as desired Taste and adjust seasoning. Enjoy!
