Cauliflower Mash

  • 1-2 heads cauliflower (½ head per person/serving)
  • 1-2 TBSP FRENCH PANTRY Herb Blend of choice (we love Roasted Onion and Red Pepper)
  • 1/2-1 TBSP FRENCH PANTRY Oil of choice (optional for flavor)
  • FRENCH PANTRY Salt of choice
  • FRENCH PANTRY Pepper of choice


  • Place Medium or Large Round Mold on a Microwave safe plate and set aside.
  • Wash cauliflower and cut it into florets. Place florets into your round mold and cover with your Octagonal bonMAT as a lid.
  • Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Carefully remove the round mold from the microwave, opening the bonMAT away from your face to release the steam.
  • Using your Masher, create a mashed potato consistency with the cauliflower.
  • Add herb blend, oil, salt, and pepper as desired Taste and adjust seasoning. Enjoy!
  • Bon TIP: Change up the cauliflower mash flavors with our many French Pantry flavored oils and Herb Blends!
  • Bon TIP: Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup plan greek yogurt or sour cream to add a creamier and rich texture to your cauliflower mash.
