(Healthy Bagel Breakfast Sandwich)
Course Breakfast


  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Herb Blend of choice
  • FRENCH PANTRY freshly ground pepper of choice
  • FRENCH PANTRY salt of choice (optional) 
  • 1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Place Flexipat Donut Tray on Medium Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
  • Whisk ingredients in Stainless Mixing Bowl until smooth.
  • Pour into Donut Tray filling each shape approx. 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
