
Eggels

(Healthy Bagel Breakfast Sandwich)
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Herb Blend of choice
- FRENCH PANTRY freshly ground pepper of choice
- FRENCH PANTRY salt of choice (optional)
- 1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Place Flexipat Donut Tray on Medium Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
- Whisk ingredients in Stainless Mixing Bowl until smooth.
- Pour into Donut Tray filling each shape approx. 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
