Pop's Perfectly Crispy Roasted Breakfast Potatoes

Course Breakfast


  • 2 lbs russet potatoes (or potatoes of choice)
  • 2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Oil of choice
  • 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Roasted Onion & Red Pepper Herb Blend
  • 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb Blend
  • 1/2 tsp FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt
  • Freshly ground FRENCH PANTRY Tellicherry Pepper


  • Preheat over to 425°F degrees. Place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
  • Using our Santoku Chef Knife, cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • In Stainless Mixing Bowl, add potatoes and toss well to coat with Garlic Oil. Add Herb Blends and toss to be sure Herb Blends are moistened with oil and coated evenly on potatoes. Add potatoes to the Bonmat and spread out evenly.
  • Cook for 25 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Serve with ketchup or hot sauce!
