Zesty Avocado Salad Dressing

Course Salad


  • 1 Avocado, ripe & ready
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tsp FRENCH PANTRY Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend
  • FRENCH PANTRY salt & pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in Eco-Chop and pull many times to chop and blend. Scrape sides down with a mini spatula and continue pulling until desired consistency.  If needed, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached. 
  • Fantastic on any salad or also wonderful served over roasted veggies!
