Zesty Bisquick Sausage Bites

Course Breakfast


  • 3 cups all-purpose baking mix (Bisquick Pancake and Baking mix is what I used)
  • 1 lb ground sausage (hot or mild depending on your spicy preference)
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2-3 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Meat Herb Blend (or FRENCH PANTRY Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend)


  • Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Place Mini Muffin (or tray of choice) on Perforated Baking sheet and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients with the best tool you have, your hands, in large bowl until well combined.
  • Press mixture into each well of the tray.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
  • This mixture will make approx. 50-60 mini muffin size bites.  If using a larger shape, you may need to bake closer to 25-30 minutes.
