FRENCH PANTRY Veggie Dip

Course Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Herb Blend of choice (I love the FISH Herb Blend.)
  • 1 tsp FRENCH PANTRY salt of choice (i love the Lemon Thyme with the FISH Herb Blend.)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in your mixing bowl to combine well. Taste and add more herb blend or salt if needed. This recipe is very flexible and can be made with all sour cream or all yogurt if you prefer one over the other.  You can also add more or less of the herb blend and salt to find your perfect combination.
  • Make at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the herb blend to hydrate and flavors to come through. You can also make this dip several hours or even the day before.
  • Serve with cut up veggies and/or crackers.
