Parmesan Smashed Potatoes

Course Side Dish


  • 8 small red or yellow potatoes
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Oil of choice
  • 1-3 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Herb Blend of choice
  • FRENCH PANTRY Salt & Pepper of choice to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
  • Place potatoes in Large Round Mold and cover with Octagonal Bonmat. Microwave for 8 minutes, or until tender enough to gently smash (with masher).
  • Place half smashed potatoes on Bonmat. Drizzle potatoes with oil and sprinkle herb blend on top of oil. Be sure the herb blend is coated with the oil, you may need to use the Silicone Pastry Brush to do this or add slightly more oil on top of the herb blend.
  • Top with desired salt, pepper and fresh parmesan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
